1. I’ve just received my order, but I’ve had a change of heart - can I return the products?
You are entitled to return items within 14 days from purchase. If you’d like to return a product please send it back to us to the following address: Médecine, Čechova 5, 170 00, Prague 7, Czech Republic and inform us by email at email@example.com. You are welcome to change it for something else or choose to get your money back. The only condition for returns is that the product is unused, in perfect state and in its original packaging. Médecine do not stand for the cost of return shipping cost. You may also personally return the product to the above address. Please inform us in advance. Objects labeled as “Vintage” are sold “as is” and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. I’d like to give your product as a present. May I exchange a product in case I don’t choose right?
We accept exchanges. The only condition for exchange is that the product is unused, in perfect state and in its original packaging. Médecine do not stand for the cost of exchange shipping cost. If you would like to exchange a product please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Can I physically view the products?
Selected rugs are available to be viewed at the Modernista showroom in Vinohrady Pavilon. For other items we can schedule a private viewing upon individual inquiry, please make an appointment over phone or email.
4. What if the product I fell in love with got sold out? Will you have it back in stock?
As we offer a curated collection of products our selection changes quite regularly, however, if the product is still visible on our e-store but just out of stock, you can inquire about it’s restocking or order directly via email at email@example.com
An exception to this are the products in our “Vintage” collection. These objects are original one-of-a-kind finds. Objects from this collection once sold are no longer available. However, if you fell in love with a certain piece, do let us know, we come across unique and beautiful objects all the time and would love to help you find your unique piece.
5. What is the warranty policy for “Vintage” goods.
Our “Vintage” collection is a curation of unique vintage finds, antiques and original art. As these items are not newly manufactured products they do not come with a warranty and are sold “as is”.
